All About Tim
I started my real estate career in 1991 after working at Nike. For over 25 years, I have helped hundreds of families fulfill their dream of home ownership. In 2009, I founded Summa Realty with the idea of creating a unique company where our agent have the opportunity to provide a higher level of service and an amazing experience for their clients. I live in the Bethany neighborhood with my wife Kelly, and two sons Tyler & Josh. We love the great outdoors and enjoy traveling.
Tim was always available even when his schedule was packed! He and his team had a sense of urgency to their communications which we appreciated. They also listened to our needs and negotiated strongly on our behalf. At times, we even had fun and laughed a lot! Tim sold our home for more than we expected and negotiated the purchase of the ‘perfect’ home we currently live in. We now have a Realtor for life, but more importantly, a wonderful new lifelong friend.
